LeadMasters Privacy Policy

1. Who We Are

LeadMasters helps certified renovators complete EPA Renovation, Repair, and Painting (RRP) paperwork from the job site, including checklist completion, certificate attachment, photo upload, electronic signatures, PDF generation, storage, and sharing.

LeadMasters is a paperwork support tool for trained and certified professionals. It does not provide lead-safe work training.

2. Information We Collect

Information you provide directly

Account details, such as name, email, phone number, and login credentials.
Project details you enter in forms, such as job numbers, addresses, and installation dates.
Report content, including homeowner names and other information you add to complete RRP paperwork.
Uploaded files and media, including certification images, report photos, and other attachments.
Electronic signatures you provide to certify report completion.
Communications sent to LeadMasters support.

Information collected automatically

App usage data, such as feature interactions and session activity.
Device and technical data, such as device type, operating system, app version, and diagnostics.
Log data, such as IP address, timestamps, crash reports, and error details.

Payment and subscription data

Subscription purchases are processed by app marketplace providers (for example, Apple App Store or Google Play). LeadMasters does not store your full payment card number.

3. How We Use Information

Provide core functionality, including report creation, completion checks, and PDF generation.
Store, organize, and display your documents in the app.
Support document sharing actions you initiate (such as email sharing).
Manage accounts, authentication, subscriptions, and customer support.
Improve reliability, troubleshoot errors, and maintain security of the service.
Comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms.

LeadMasters does not sell your personal information.

We may share information in the following situations:

With service providers that support hosting, storage, analytics, customer support, and app operations.
With recipients you choose when you share reports or files from the app.
With legal authorities when required by law or to protect rights, safety, or security.
As part of a business transaction such as a merger, acquisition, or asset transfer.

5. Data Retention

We retain information for as long as needed to provide the service, maintain your account, meet legal and operational requirements, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. When data is no longer needed, we delete or de-identify it within a reasonable period.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

You may review and update certain account information in the app.
You may request account deletion or data access, correction, or deletion, subject to legal exceptions.
You may manage push notification and permission settings through your mobile device settings.
If you are a resident of certain U.S. states, you may have additional privacy rights under applicable law.

The app may integrate with third-party services, including email applications and app store platforms. Use of third-party services is governed by those providers' own terms and privacy policies.

9. Children’s Privacy

LeadMasters is intended for professional users and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

If you access the service from outside the United States, your information may be transferred to and processed in countries where privacy laws may differ from your jurisdiction.
